Just a reminder that the NSF Stroke Survivor & Carer Forum (aka Consumer Forum) is being held in Brisbane on Monday 23rd July 2012.
We have posted a few times on here about the Forum, but if you haven't yet registered to come along, NOW IS THE TIME!
