Do you know your numbers?

Know your numbers is an annual blood pressure awareness campaign which aims to deliver a prevention message about blood pressure. It highlights the importance of having regular blood pressure checks and helps people to understand the link between blood pressure and stroke.

Know your numbers is run by the community, for the community.  You can help us to reduce the pressure in your community be getting involved.  Everyone should know their blood pressure numbers, do you know yours?

The National Stroke Foundation has released a Stroke Support Strategy which has been developed to inform the way it may work to better meet the needs of stroke survivors and carers.

Counterstroke Golf Classic 2008

If you are looking for a golfing break away from footy madness, the Bellarine Counterstroke Classic offers you three great courses to test your skills.  Competitions are held during September.

Four Ball competitions for men, women and mixed pairs are available each day – play one day, two or three. You may also choose your playing partners.

Striking back: Treatment and management of stroke

Thank God you're still here charity ball

Almost 500 guests attended the second Thank God you're still here charity disco ball on Friday 18 April and helped to raise significant funds for the National Stroke Foundation.  The evening was a great success and we thank everyone for their support.  More information and photos
